Bridging the Gap
Coaching can bridge the gap between where your company is now and where you really want it to be. The following is a list of some of the ways in which companies can benefit from coaching:
Individuality
As each company is unique with individual needs, I normally work by meeting relevant company representatives to discuss your particular situation and find out exactly what you are looking to gain from coaching - that is, where you want to be. It is important for me to fully understand your company culture, the challenges you face and the current climate in order to produce a proposal tailored to the needs of your organisation. There is no charge for these initial services. At this session I will also look at ways to measure your current situation so that we will be able to develop a tool which can be applied during the term of the coaching programme in order to ensure that the coaching is delivering to your requirements.
CIPD Training and Development Survey
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) published a survey report on Training and Development in April 2004. Over 90% of the respondents believe coaching to be effective in promoting learning within companies - 93% agreed that coaching acts to embed learning from external training courses in the workplace. Not only do 99% of respondents agree that "coaching can deliver tangible benefits to both individuals and organisations", but over 90% believe that if coaching is carried out in an appropriate way, it can impact positively on the bottom line of the organisation.
